A blank page that’s supposed to be about me. A harder task than one would think- especially for a writer. But I’m not really a writer. I’m a storyteller, which is a completely different thing. So here goes. The story of my life…

I was born… Okay, just kidding around. Sorry about that, but I couldn’t help myself.

I’ve been a storyteller for as long as I can remember, but I didn’t start writing them down until my second life began. That’s the life you have after you finish raising kids and working hard to put food on the table. The catalyst for me was moving to China. After a lifetime of running non-stop, I suddenly found myself at loose ends. Not allowed to work in a foreign country, and limited to playing Mah-jong and drinking lattes made by baristas named Three and Killer (that’s a story for another time) I suddenly had something I had never had before. Time to do what those who knew me best had encouraged me to do for years… I finally had time to write. And so I did.

I began the first book, Brain Storm, in Suzhou, China, and once I got started, there was no stopping. I continued writing down the stories after we moved back to the States, penning psychic thrillers, ghostly who-done-its, and soon… a new series of cozy romance mysteries. Where and when will it end? No one knows. As long as stories keep coming, I’ll keep writing them down. It’s my hope you enjoy them.
